Edam is similar to Gouda but with less fat and more flavor. Edam is the perfect party cheese, served on platters with crackers and fresh fruit. It’s also great on sandwiches and burgers.
Edam is available as 1,9 Kg ball, and quarter parts packed, baby Edam balls of 0,9 Kg, loafs of approx. 2,7 Kg and blocks of approx. 15 Kg

Maasdam

Maasdam is a semi-hard but also creamy cheese made from cow's milk. It has its own specific flavour which is sweet, fruity and nutty.
This taste, together with the holes in the structure of the cheese, makes why people also call it the Dutch “ Swiss” cheese. It is a perfect cheese to be consumed as a snack or on sandwiches.
