Gold Label

 Gold Label is an extra old Gouda. It’s darker color and remarkable texture is only found in Gouda’s aged that long. Used as you would use a Parmesan from Italy, its tangy flavor is perfect on salads or shredded over pastas.
Available as a whole wheel (approx. 10 Kg) half wheel and a quarter of a wheel.
