 Hollandse Chèvre, aged at least 6 weeks, is made from 100% goat's milk and is perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. Its rich nutty flavor and smooth, creamy texture resembles that of classic Dutch Gouda. It’s unique semi-hard texture makes it much more versatile than most other chevres. Hollandse Chèvre’s excellent melting properties make it a natural as a pizza topping, sliced on grilled sandwiches or in your favorite casserole dish.
Hollandse Chèvre is available as a 4,5 Kg wheel, fixed weight piece of 250 gram and sliced (Geitenkaas).

Mimolette

Mimolette dates back to the reign of Louis XIV, who prohibited the import of Dutch cheeses into France. Northern Frenchmen, who loved the banished Dutch specialties so much, decided to make a go at producing their own - with a French twist of course ! And so, Mimolette was born. Mimolette is a semi-soft cheese like Dutch Gouda or Edam. It is produced in a bright orange bowling-ball shape of almost 4 Kg. The taste is nutty, sharp but with a gloriously sweet aftertaste and uncommonly mild for a “French” cheese.
Serving Suggestions: Snacking or shredded in soups, pasta, omelettes or salads. Mimolette is available as a 3,8 Kg ball.
